Rosi Shepard has been in the Roofing industry for over 15 years behind the scenes and understands the intricacies from installations, maintenance and permitting. She is also a Licensed Commercial Realtor Serving on the Board of Realtors as a Director and understands how critical a roof adds value to a property. Rosi was nominated for 2023 Philanthropy Day , has received multiple awards for voluntarism from not only RE/MAX, The Martin County Realtors of the Treasure Coast, as well as the Junior League of Martin County. Rosi understands the importance in complete customer satisfaction.
Our Team
Richard came to Florida with his father and their Roofing Company in 1976. He began roofing at a young age and has been in the roofing industry over 40 years. His knowledge is tremendous in applications from residential, commercial. He has extensive experience and clientele that have continuously used him over and over again. Richard wears many hats in the company but manages all crews and operations. He can be seen in the field making sure the promises are delivered. No one knows roofing or the industry quite like he does. Workmanship and quality matter. Richard will make sure that that is the product that is delivered over and over again.
